【活動說明】

歐盟為規範無線電設備，針對物聯網設備、智能手機、可穿戴設備等市場銷售，制定了《無線電設備指令》(Radio Equipment Directive, RED)，確保其安全健康、電磁兼容及無線電頻譜合法使用，自 2025 年 8 月 1 日起強制執行。與此同時，《網絡韌性法案》(Cyber Resilience Act, CRA) 於 2024 年 12 月 10 日正式生效，適用於直接或間接連接到其他設備或網絡的數位產品，涵蓋範圍較 RED 更廣。RED 與 CRA 對銷往歐盟的資通產品設有不同層級的規範，影響深遠，值得我國資通產業高度關注。

本次 2025 台歐資安研討會將邀請歐盟網路安全局 (ENISA)、歐洲電信標準協會 (ETSI)、歐盟認證機構及國內外資安實驗室，共同探討當前與未來歐盟資安法規實施對我國資通產業的影響，從不同角度提出建議，分享資安規劃與因應策略，協助台灣廠商在歐盟及全球資安規範要求日益嚴格之際，及早準備搶佔商機。
